Better your personal best at YHI Spa, with an extensive treatment menu partially derived from Mayan and Aztec rituals. Personal Spa Valets help you awaken your senses and derive the maximum benefit from your visit to one of the finest spas in Cancun. The YHI Spa is an 11,000 square foot facility featuring a Vichy humid spa, hydrotherapy center, couples suite, hydro massage suites, and facial suites. The Spa offers a comprehensive treatment menu featuring more than 50 different options.

Invigorate the senses. Purify the body. Balance the mind. Elevate the soul. YHI Cancun Spa is a zen-like sanctuary with soothing aromas and mystical music. Treatments are performed by experts, using products selected in part for their relevance to the climate and conditions of the Yucatan. Many products used are mixed locally or even on the premises, using such organic, indigenous ingredients as blue corn and Caribbean ginger and citrus honey.

Guests are invited to arrive an hour early to experience YHI Spa's unique "Water Rituals" hydrotherapy circuit. This path leads you from a series of heated and scented massage showers, down a water path of heated stones and eventually outside to the spa therapy pool where you can linger on an underwater massage chair overlooking the ocean until it is time for your appointment to begin.

The Fitness Center features Life Fitness machines, cardio equipment, light free weights, and X-bike spinning equipment. The Fitness Center is complimentary for all guests 24 hours a day, except X-Bike Spinning equipment.  A full selection of classes is available including yoga, Tai Chi, Tae Bo, aerobics, spinning, and Pilates (extra charge applies).  The Level guests have a complimentary selection of one class with a minimum 3-night stay, on request.
